mini me strength & cardio

The Mini Me Fitness class welcomes moms and their babies (ages 3–18 months) for a fun and functional 40–45 minute workout. While your baby bonds with other little ones, you’ll connect with moms just like you through full-body strength and cardio exercises designed to meet the everyday demands of motherhood. Feel stronger, move better, and enjoy the freedom of bringing your baby along—no childcare needed!

Note: solo (feel free to come by yourself if you don’t have your child that day or if you haVe older kids that don’t need attention, you’re more than welcome to attend.

bond with your baby by integrating fitness! or you can come solo, especially if you don’t have your child, for that day. this is a 30-40 minute workout that requires little to no equipment to get your body back into the basic movement patterns of fundamental principles such as squatting, pushing/pulling, etc! also, we will integrate learning how to 360 breathe and how it can help heal disastis reccti by also focusing on posture/neutral alignment.

PS, feel free to use put your baby in a carrier/sling if they love to be in one of those!

During the class, the instructor will address any pelvic floor symptoms or abdominal issues. (0-3 months, 3-6 months)

This 30–40 minute workout is designed specifically for expectant mamas to help relieve pain, improve movement, and reduce hip tightness. It also targets key areas to prepare your body for labor and support postpartum recovery.
